There was west bound traffic, it was just snarled at malfunction junction. 31 and 67
Oh, yes, a lot of traffic
I passed going east immediately after it happened. Apparently the van driver crossed and missed a car just ahead and a truck coming up right behind. As soon as it happened, westbound traffic stopped to allow emergency vehicles through. Good job, drivers, especially at that time of day.
