they are talked or forced into taking the rap by the men, because they think the jury will be more likley to give out less punishment. while those women are in jail, it leaves the men to find others to do their dirty work for them, and there are plenty of them around to find. women are going to have to stand up and say no, or this practice will never stop. look at the ages of the people just in decatur who are picked up for selling drugs, they even have kids doing this.
