why do you see the same names on these charges week after week, oh wait its the $500.00 bond they must post. one shake and bake produces around $2000.00 street value. why are the houses not being condemed, they are not fit for human habitation after being exposed to these fumes. all the surrounding countys must be working the drugs harder than morgan county, because all of the drug makers are moving there to do their deed.
buster....Be patient. Next year is an election year. You won't be able to pick up the Daily without reading about drug busts in Morgan county in 2010.
scott, i guess you don't read the paper much now. the sheriff's office has more arrest in the paper on drug cases than i've seen in years. what's your problem?
Alan the Sheriff wasn't searching for these meth labs. Most were stumbled upon by accident. Since meth production has increased greatly in our county, there is going to be meth labs found easier. My question is , why do you not see Bartlett's pic at meth bust ? In Limestone, Blakley is involved personely with his deputies on raids and arrest ? Just because Bartlett has the title of Sheriff does not mean he is involved in these arrest but my hat is off to the officers that put THEIR lives on the line for us.
Scott, who do you expect to get the meth off of the streets in 2010? The DEPUTIES are working just as hard as they would for anyone else to get the meth off of the street. They are doing what they can with the amount of deputies they have on each shift, & a new sheriff won't change that.
