ORANGE BEACH (AP) — Authorities say an Alabama man was killed when a crossbow in the backseat of his car discharged.
Investigators told WKRG-TV the accident that killed 24-year-old Cade Davis happened Saturday night in south Baldwin County.
Baldwin County Coroner Stan Vinson said the arrow traveled through his back and pierced his chest.
Funeral services will be held at Jubilee Baptist Church in Daphne at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Davis was a Daphne High School graduate.
