I have known Hartselle Officials to use "Hartselle Fuzzy Math" before, now they are using something even more amazing "Hartselle Fuzzy Sense Of Reality".
Why would any set of officials open a facility for students to use while other areas are still under construction. I know the main building are complete, but there are still areas that are still bring worked on.
Makes sense to a very, very select few, not to all.
Moving students in April makes no sense at all. At that point, just finish everything and open in the Fall with the next class.
The building should have been completed 18 months ago and Reed just wants to move in as soon as possible to limit further bad press.
