Where are the "No Left Turn" signs? How can it be illegal if no one knows? The "Do Not Enter" signs seem to be talking about not driving into the median. What crackpot thought this up? These Beltline widening projects seem to be under the oversight of amateurs - no real idea of what effect their dumb ideas will have, no real concept of what signs to use or how to use them. All of this with the over-riding goal of raising revenue through traffic fines!!! And when do they intend to go back to work??????????

I agree that the Beltline is a Hazard. I go all the back roads when possible. The "Do Not Enter" signs are very confusing and folks are going to get hurt.

If a driver does not see all the black plastic covering up the lights that are normally used as a signal, they have no business driving. Not to mention the big DO NOT ENTER sign. I completely agree that this is a headache, but if people in this city actually knew how to drive, it wouldn't be that much of an issue, other than delays for having to drive slower.

If there are no left turns at any cross over points then the City of Decatur needs to make a public service announcement since there seems to be a lack of No Left Turn Signs.

Public service announcement!?! If you're too blind to see the universal sign for NO LEFT TURN, get off the forking road! "First" must be one example of the idiots on the Beltline making left turns. John has shown CLEARLY in the last three pictures the BLATANT disregard people have for the universal NO LEFT TURN signs... you don't even have to read English. One day as I was going around LEGALLY to get to Publix after seeing the LARGE no left turn sign as I approached the missing turn lane and I was waiting at the traffic signal I watched car after car after car make the ILLEGAL left turn onto that street with a MARKED police car sitting in the bank parking lot stopping NO ONE. WTF!?!
