Yes I know federal law trumps state law...I got it. My point being is STATES are responsible for these laws, not your Obama! Please remember the U.S. Constitution was drafted to keep government OUT of our lives, not run it! THINK!!!

He is NOT disobeying the law by deciding that Alabama will not create/administrate an exchange...he's doing HIS JOB and based on the outcome of Amendment 8 last week, I'd say he is doing exactly what the majority of the state wants! BECAUSE based on Obamacare Law...States have the option to create their own exchnage, create a partnership exchange or default to a FEDERALLY RUN EXCHANGE. The Obama administration set a Nov.16 deadline for STATES TO DECIDE what THEY want to do. Just SLG's thoughts on the matter!

What will the none working people do for health care if all us working people decide we are going to quit work and hop on their gravy train? Oh that's right China will pay for it! Many American's are being led to the slaughter with out even knowing it!

I may not pay so much in taxes right now but i for sure paid my fair share back in my younger days. Obama is doing a good thing by keeping peoples standard of living where it should be. With this economy we're in everybody could use a little supplement from time to time. Do you people to live in the gutters??

Regardless of how you feel about President Obama, or "Affordable Health Care", Alabama doesn't really have the money to participate in this "exchange" no way to argue with that.

Universal healthcare was originally a republican idea. Now republicans are against it. Irony.

We are saving the blue states money by not taking the expansion in Medicaid. We ate giving the Federal Government control of our insurance market.

worked every week (but 1) for 26 years, paid taxes. I'm done - quit a year ago and now looking into ways to get it all back. Can't beat em' join em!
