I was wondering the exact same thing...What about Chris Proctor? I thought he was running. This article doesn't say anything about Proctor in the primary.

The reason i am not busting bobs chops or chimming in is because bob is a good law enforcement officer who is running for the right reason not like ligon and proctor.
John the reason proctors name is mentioned is he is not considered a worthy opponent. He and ligon are just trying to get their name out, Not serious candidates at all.
Hazel, although I am not a Proctor supporter, I would love to hear how you can back up your claim that he is "not considered a worthy opponent." I have never even heard of Arndt, until this election season. I have heard of the other two opposing Mitchell. So, please, by all means, let us hear your comment on Proctor.
