He must like prison,so send him back !

"Ex-Con Arrested in Violent Incident"

Not sent to prison for murder (initially), but sent twice for domestic violence.

Maybe women should stay away from him.

A 15 year sentence should mean 15 years in jail, not 6 years as served or 12.7 as current rules dictate. I know it's just more time we as taxpayers have to foot his bills, but a fear of consequences is the only way to stop these violent offenders. What happened to three strikes and you get life? Murder, domestic violence, domestic violence again, should equal lock his butt up for life.

There Is something really wrong with this. This guy should have not been out of jail he took a life and has a history of beating up women. If he gets a woman that protects herself and kills him she would get life. Violent offenders should have to spend every day of there time sentenced.

The two scumbags killed a man and only got 5 years probation!!!!!! The scumbag they testified against was found not guilty!!!! What a slap in the face to Freddie Brown's family. What kind of court system is that? If someone in my family was murdered and buried with a trash bag over his head and shoe laces around his neck then only got probation or even less there would be someone come up missing!!!!

A victim with a bag over the head and shoe laces around the neck sounds like capital murder, does it not???? Why is this guy out?
