Why didn' t they arrest the person this loser was throwing the baby to? These people need to stay in jail for good.
This makes me sick to my stomach. That guy deserves to be castrated before getting out of prison. Poor baby.
This child is a beautiful , innocent child and deserves a chance at life. Please pray that he never goes to any of the family that did not protect him when they knew of this abuse. He deserves a family that wants him and loves him. Not one that tried to kill him or did not protect him.
I hold the mother MORE responsible and hate there was a plea agreement with her.I don't know how this mother who carried this little baby in her belly could allow it to happen. There is NO excuse for her.
How did Ms Woodall get involved with a reprobate like this loser ? Guess who gets to pay the hospital bills.Thomas is correct that Chatman should be castrated and Ms.Woodall too,because if you ignore history ,you're doomed to repeat it!

It never fails....I'm speechless once again that people can be that evil and stupid. The couple should get worse treatment than sitting in jail.
This POS threw the baby and someone caught him. He wasn't throwing the baby to someone. The people present DID call 911 and tried to prevent him from further injuring the child.
I am sorry but mom should get just as much time as the common law husband. She allowed him to be around her child so she is, in my opinion, as guilty or more guilty than him. Equal time for Equal Crime~~
When I think about what the Bible says about people who hurt children, I would not want to be in these dirtbags shoes for all the money in the world. Human piles of garbage. Indefensable !
