Dalton Crosley scored three goals to lead Austin High past West Morgan 8-1 Tuesday afternoon in a boys soccer match.

Six different Austin (2-0) players scored. Lane Dean, David Ocampo, David James, Irving Blanco and Jonathan Ramirez all finished with one goal each.

Goalkeeper Jacob Gomez held West Morgan to one goal.

Austin travels to Jasper on Thursday to play Walker.

Girls soccer

Pope John Paul II 3, Austin 2: Sophomores Haley Knable and Summer Bell each scored on goal for Austin in a loss to PJPII.

Austin goalkeeper Madison Keith finished with eight saves.
