COMMENT BY LYNNE: Of course those hospitals oppose Decatur General being able to do the procedures. The NEED doesn't matter to them, the MONEY does!
If I have to go somewhere besides Decatur, it sure wouldn't be to Huntsville, but to Birmingham or Vanderbilt.
Comment by Chris ........I had a stent put in August 2006....the prcedure was done after I had a heart attack on the golf course....it was done at Decatur General by Dr. Tracy Neel....I can't imagine getting any better care than I have received through our local Hospital.
