Larondrick Macklin, 24, walked out of the house at 109 Eighth Ave. N.W. and was taken into custody without incident at about 5:40 p.m.
The above statement should have had the word [Further] in between Without Incident.
The women went outside and said call the police then later say's nothing happened then now she is working with the police.
Just judging by his mug shot, the thug seems to think this is all cute and funny. Three failures to appear tells me this guy has no regard for the law, so throw him in jail and keep him there. Yet, instead he will be out in a week.
Well, it is a misdomeanor, but he may be sitting awhile. The DA might come up with something.
I am so sick and tired of all this crap going on in our city. Can we adopt some sort of zero tolerance policy when the crime involves the use of a gun?
