Why did police leave the car there after they so called "decontaminated" it? Should the car not have been impounded?
It Didn't Say Nothing About The Car Being Left There
Can you say double negative?
Uhh! I think that just might be a dude!!!!
@ Roger
I hope they checked "it" before putting "it" into general population with the other women!! I was thinking the same thing. Rough looking to say the least.
Herman Munster
L-O-L-A, Lola ...
The car was left there and still there when I rode by this morning.
Dude looked like a lady....
How can she be charged with dui if she was asleep?
@ Orville...if you are under the influence in a vehicle with the possession of the vehicle and keys...you can be charged with DUI. That's my understanding.
first she wasnt ASLEEP, she was UNCONSCIOUS (big difference), & Herman. yes that is correct..
She can beat the DUI charge.
You could be asleep in the bed of a truck with the keys not even in the ignition and still be charged with a dui in Alabama. The dui laws in Alabama are written and enforced in a completely ridiculous manner that has more to do with police padding the number of arrests and convictions to get more money from the federal government than actually saving lives.
meth kills.... they done out done the crackheads....... methheads erwhere,,,,,,scums
