I do not understand why the Paler and the Downtown Redevlopment is not on the front of this, they should be the ones that getting the prvt. funding. TIme to step up and do your job RIck.
Save the money.....Its not worth it, including the cost of operation and maintenance....

It needs to be renovated. Decatur needs to become ashamed of the stagnation past and present city governments have encouraged by pushing pet projects ehich benefited their friends while ignoring the deterioration of historic structures. I don't see this council being any different. Perhaps the next one will, but probably not. Only "plugged in" candidates can get elected in this city. The party bosses control too much of the election process. Sad.
Money could do a lot of good somewhere else.
Like what? william, the pot holes in the streets, the widening of Spring rd. they talked about years ago?
