I predict this will generate a tremendous amount of revenue in penalties.

Crowing up overseas, I dont understand that we cannot get this wright. No Insurence, No Tag. Insurance Companies should be required to notify the the tag office when insurance is canseld and the driver should be required to turn in the tag at this time.

Having Insurence is state law, it this is one way to inforce the law. Lets quit talking and inforce the law.

And for illegal aliens? This protects them. They do not have to purchase insurance, nor will the federal government deport them. Yet, we the citizens will have to produce our licenses and proof of insurance if we are in an accident with them.

Actually this law was lobbied by the insurance companies they are the ones making money by forcing people to buy their product through legislation. This original law was produced by Mike Hubbard(R) house of reps. Which was the pre curser to the Obamacare. Now this new one is Sponsered by Arthur Orr (R) to force the other holdouts to get in line and send more money to the insurance companies. Your Government is not working for you it's working for the corporations.

Now with that said this will create even more people to be looking for Government handouts simply because these people can't afford this extortion.

I have all of my cars insured most of which are at the higher rate of full coverage if this law does what we are sold on it doing then we should be able to reduce our cost by reducing the policy down to Liability only and still have the same coverage, Because that's what full coverage is isn't. To cover the uninsured motorist.

I dont understand why Mr. Garner has anxiety. Unless his insurance is higher priced and he knows he wont get as big a cut of the action.

I thought this law was already in effect? You mean I could have been without insurance all this time and not been breaking the law? Just yesterday on the Beltline I counted at least 8 people texting while driving down the road. I thought texting and driving was against the law?
