The mayor sounds like he is out to better his community not gain financially. Good for you Mr. Mayor, other elected officials need to learn from you.

This is great news. We still need to monitor his submissions for expense reimbursements so it won't be like last time. But this is a positive change.

Only done to get attention.

Wise move,Mr. Mayor !

C, it is amazing that you have the ability to know the motives of others. Could you tell me what stock will be a winner tomorrow? Please!

lol @ Steve

A Start In The Right direction,,,,,This Is More Then I Can Say About The Former Mayor Sanford

Kyle, I appreciate you being conservative with the City's money; however, do us a favor for the image of Decatur, and DON'T drive the black Ford Mustang with tinited windows like you did last time. That looked like a redneck drug dealer or something. Go get you a Buick or something man.

Transport industrial clients? I drive Highway 20 daily and never saw this vehicle out that way, but I did see it sitting on the track at Ogle Stadium many a Friday night.

Remember Decatur, this is the same guy you voted out and replaced with Stanford 4 years ago. He had the same mentality about government waste then, while bringing in retail developments. I don't remember anything really negative about Kyle, but I do remember many positive things he done during his first time, so it still confuses me to this day why Decatur voters chose to vote him out of office back then.

$200,000 For bathrooms and a consession! No wonder the coffers are empty.

Is it because he can't smoke in it?

@ Kate - I don't think he smokes anymore. @ Casinokid - That price was done by professional deign services and pproved by the state and funded thru federal grant money. If we din't use that money, some other city would.

words mis-keypunched are design & approved

Political payoff to butch?

Standford was/is such a boob.

Don Stanford accomplished great things for Decatur. More than Don Kyle ever did.
