Even the arts school won't save downtown Decatur. Our leaders have it all wrong. One day we'll figure it out.
Well, duh!!! Rebecca, what do you want? "Our leaders" to put a gun to folks head and "force" them to shop!!?? That would kind of be like "ObamaCare"??!!! Let's see, she was in Decatur 5 yrs and only in Duluth 3 months...let's see if she can make a go of it there, for 5 years.....put your head back on your shoulders...take a deep breath, maybe the "fresh air" will clean up your thinking!!!!!
All I'm saying is there are ways to get folks downtown and shopping. I'm not gonna give my ideas to them though. Maybe just one day a real leader will step up and figure it out. I don't have time.
