yep, just like the goverment, form another commission, to hire a panel, to add more laws, to keep kids in school...what the hell happened to the parents MAKING their kids go to school. is there not a law that puts parents in jail if the kids dont go to school. and another law that says no graduation, no driver license. everything in this articial points to more spending, when the state is broke, look at the last statement, they are confirming what i have said for months, THE NEW WORLD ORDER HAS COST SO MANY JOBS, AND FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS SO MANY SMALL BUSINESS, THAT THE LACK OF TAX INCOME IS DRIVING THE STATES INTO THE POOR HOUSE, AND THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHY....now they are begging for a five percent increase in school graduations just to increase the tax flow. As an aside, when I first saw the picture to the story, I thought is was another Tiger Woods revelation. Why didn't the pretty girls dress like this when I was 20 and still had hormones. Can someone speak with my wife who is gorgeous? We can play teacher. Whoops! That may be what happened with Tiger!
