Tammy- The drug dog's alert was the establishment of probable cause to search the vehicle. This allowed the officer to pull him over and search the car. Just because you're ignorant doesn't mean you need to start "whistle blowing" when you don't even have a whistle to blow...
he did not pull him over till after the dog alerted on the parked car on private property dip sh*t. read the article then go blow yourself....
case should be thrown out!
