Maybe it's time this free-loader spent some time in jail. In many states she would be sentenced to prison for 25 to life as an habitual offender. That may be excessive, but what has been done is obviously NOT working.

uhhhhhhhh I think I see a trend here.

she just needs to sign up for Obama money, phone, housing, car, etc. LOL.

She needs some therapy for kleptomania while she is in prison!!!

Man, I would have spent two years in jail by now if I had the same record as this b. Whats wrong with our judges?

She should be ashamed of herself- she has kids and they have to deal with her stupid actions! People like this make me sick! I'm with you Guy- whats wrong with our judges/systems?!!

Ain't she purty!

Is that a man in drag?

What's "wrong" with our Judges and Legal system is they have to be fiscally responsible with what little funding they get these days. There is just enough money to jail child molesters, rapists, and murderers, so they sometimes choose to use the money and space for these people rather than those who have not committed violent crimes. For every one story such as this one, there are 10 of people who were given probation and actually keep their nose clean. But, that's not news, so you don't read about it in the Daily. Clearly this lady has a serious problem, but there are far worse folks out there. Since the majority of the people in this State vote against increased funding for Law Enforcement and/or the Judicial System, a choice has to be made on who serves time. Which would you prefer, this chick, or the child molesters/rapists/murderers? It's a no brainer for me.

Anyone other than "this chick" would be serving time as a repeat offender. She need to be treated just like any other individual in this situation. Her fingers need to be sticking to jail bars instead of cases of beer. She will definitely, if released, go back to her old familiar habits like a dog returning to its vomit!

Josephine - Really? How do you know she is not being "treated just like any other individual in this situaiton" ? Be specific. I agree that she needs to be serving time, but I also understand the financial constraints of the judicial system and the fact that you can't have it both ways. If you don't like the decisions that are made by the Court, remember this the next time you have the opportunity to vote to increase their funding.
