It it sounds like a duck......my goodness. Let the court decide, but two arrests for the same thing??? You would think that the family members are there monitoring the situation 24/7.

Good grief, DHR, take the children away from these people already. Or else the next article will be about the "accidental" death of one of those babies.

Brittany, start acting like real parents and your name or your families name will not be in the newspaper.

There is a problem here, and it is only going to get worse until it is dealt with.

I would have went along with the story IF it was a first time....but for this to be a 2nd time! Looks pretty suspicious. Mrs. Brown, I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you or your family, but this is no accident! I understand you are a young mother of 2 small children, but the excuse of "his is a strong man" isn't going to get it! this gentleman, your husband, needs some serious help before he truly hurts one of your children. You may love him, but don't make excuses for him! Always remember, he is a GROWN man, but those babies depend on you for their protection. And if it means your husband not being allowed alone with those kids, then so be it! Hard to believe someone you love would do something like this, but there are thousands of children that are abused, rapped, and/or killed at the hands of a parent of loved one. Don't let your emotions for him blind you to what he may be doing to your children. Watch closely, I'm sure there are red flags you just aren't picking up on. Bless those babies hearts!

Brittany, you do realize this is the comments section for people to leave their opinions, right? Well, my OPINION is that after 2 accusations of abuse, bruises and broken ribs that DHR needs to step in before he kills them. Will you be defending him then? If so, then you are as horrible as he is, and shame on you as a parent for not putting your child's safety first.

Next they will say the children deserved it. Please somone take these babies away from these abusers.. The mother is just as guilty as the father. MY HUSBAND WAS A CAREER MILITARY MAN AND HE NEVER ABUSED HIS KIDS God blesss the kids.

Was that excuse in Texas? I am so sorry but take a step back and take a good look at the whole Picture!!!!!!!! I pray That DHR wont drop the ball on this!

She is a 2 month old and when was she diagnosed with cancer? When was she dx with gorlin syndrome? Did this come from a doctor? So, how do you explain Texas? "a wiggly baby"? Come on Brittany! Please don't settle for anything. Looks like you may be grasping at straws. I hope he didn't do it intentionally, but it sure does appear to be that way.
