Most of the people I know that's had the flu got the flu shot. There is different strands and the shot does not cover the strand going around.

Sometimes I wonder if they do try to create a mini epidemic just for the sake of making money, But that would fll into the conspiracy theories, Either way I quit taking the flu shot almost twelve years ago and was sick one time since then and it was just recently.

There are now 29 States reporting higher than normal flu cases.
