I am excited to see what will happen since AEA is now part of the Republican Party.
Bubba wonders
Don't trust 'em!
I expect to see rising property taxes in an attempt to keep public schools in competition with elite charter schools. Or maybe not. Republicans may choose to support private elite charter schools and let the middle class folks fin for themselves. AEA could be sold-out as teachers move to better working conditions and better pay. I love future planning. Rich get richer and the poor, well, who cares.
Bubba
Charter schools are not private and not elite. The biggest difference between charter schools and public schools is charter schools usually require a contract with parents who are required to support their childrens education.Remember the charter schools in Washington,D.C.?The kids there were outperforming their peers and the parents felt for the first time their children living in the middle of the ghetto had a chance to succeed. Then obama defunded them.
Bubba,
Evidently you did not see the results of what the people said at the polls on November 2. Your side lost and lost big. Get in the back seat. Your team is not driving any more.
Thomas what team is? Sounds like AEA is still driving. Maggie you are just wrong, so simply wrong
Bubba still a winner because he didn't vote
Bubba,
America is a winner because you did not vote.
Bubba, if you didn't vote then you don't really have any room to complain. Judging by your comments I would say that is probably a good thing. Hopefully the GOP can turn things around and get the nation back on track.
