Had he been in jail all along, the second molestation would not occured. The system that let him out after the first time is just as guilty as this sick POS.

This guy should have his dangly bits amputated!!!!!!!!

I don't understand why this piece of trash was released in the first place. Everytime they release someone of this low caliber he WILL do it again, sometimes with much dier consequences, such as murdering a child or at least molesting one. What is wrong with a system that would do that?

there is no cure for a child sex criminal, they will do it untill caught or killed.

$50,000 bail? It should be MUCH higher for such a crime on a young child!

I have so much that I want to say that I can't even get a sentence formed. This makes me sick! God, who is protecting our children from these subhumans. What are they thinking? I just don't understand. This poor kid. What are we going to do to help her now that we let this preditor get her? I say bring him out behind the barn and deal with him and spend our funds on helping this child recover from being emotionally and physically abused by the system.
