Fatherhood Grant: This $35,000 grant went to a Youth Services program designed to help non-custodial fathers take part in their children’s lives. It required $8,753 in matching funds from the city.

This money should be going to educate judges that remove "fit" fathers from a child's life!

These grants aren't "free".
