The Special Olympics Hartselle High School Basketball Team played against Madison’s James Clemens High School Jets at their first home game Jan. 31. The team lost 26-36, but still had fun playing the game and dancing at halftime to the Cha-Cha Slide and the Electric Slide. Leading scorers for the Hartselle Tigers were Michael “Teddy” Addie with 9 points, Dillon Hall with 6 points, James Horner with 5 points and Bryan Payton, Jacqez Robinson and Cheyenne Stapleton, all with 2 points each. Their next home game will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8 against Austin.
