Boy this is really an important issue for Hartselle. Now the local government is taking on the same role as the federal government and trying to control everything you do. It is hard to determine which local government is the biggest joke, Decatur or Hartselle.
$500 or six months in jail for burning leaves. Give me a break. You can hardly get the city of Hartselle to pick up tree limbs off the side of the road. I miss the days of a mayor like John D. Long when the local coucil provided services.
