I guess this guy not video taping this rape is the reason for his lower bond $7,500 vs $140,000???

I think it might be because he is mentally disabled.

I think Chris is on to something. I have seen this guy around before and I don't think he is fully there when it comes to his mental state. It is quite possible that he had no clue he was doing anything wrong, but I could be incorrect.

I know him. He's NOT mentally disabled.

I think it was the girl that was mentaly diabled for doing this on facebook.

Unfortunately I know this man personally. he is in no way shape or form mentally disabled instead loved drugs. he more than likely knew what he was doin but just didnt care. Or if its his old attitude of being invincible. I feel that he was completely stupid for this choice and I hope the courts prosecute to the fullest. No matter who is to blame for this case he being the adult should have known ALOT better than to do such a sorry act. There is absolutely no excuse for him. He is a grown man and has to face his stupid choices in a court room
