Nice lawyer version of what happened. We hope it's the last chapter and this sad event can be put to rest.

"He" had personal and health problems, but he tried to kill his daughter and did kill his wife. I don't know anyone that doesn't have health, personal and a lot of people have financial problems. He had a beautiful home to live in with his family while others live from paycheck to paycheck. I wish I could understand the "why" of this, but I just don't. It would be interesting to know if his daughter has been to visit him.

It is time to allow this young lady and the friends of the Greer family to heal without the constant barrage of this story. Please let it rest, Decatur Daily.

Why should DD let this rest? This MONSTER killed his wife and tried to kill his daughter! Our prayers are surely w/ the daughter and the wife's family, but there is no excuse out there that could justify his actions! We all have problems, but we don't turn to killing our family, the ones we supposedly love, because of it! He was a preacher, why did he not turn his problems over to God? Why didn't he seek help from his church family? Simply because he was and is a coward! That's why nowadays it's very hard to go to church, look what is going on in the minds of the so called leaders.
