Kirby cannot spell "small business"
So Bass Pros centered developments have had financial problems. Those little cities don't bring what we have to the table. We need to approve this and ignore what happened elsewhere.

A lot of the Bass Pro stores are not this close to a body of water, this is a ++ for Bass Pro and Decatur.
I don't see this as being a negative for Decatur in anyway.
