Its absolutely irresponsible for Obama to pass anther stimulus bill to print more money and give it to people who can't manage it anyway, and absolutely irresponsible for state officials to accept more that debt the country can't pay for........Definitely a good way for Obama to try to buy favor for his failed administration and drive the country into into an economic depression.

This is not creating new jobs. It is just tempoarily postponing the loss of jobs unless something is done to make new jobs that will replace the loss of tax revenue. Whatever happened to the promised new jobs with money provided to repair and replace aged infrastructure?
