Great decision. We are a nation of laws not men.

sounds like Paler didn' think out a transition plan for her ruling. that surprises me. people have told me she was a good judge. I figured she's have though of this.

If no date is given, it is immediate.

So rather than asking for the two documents that were not provided with the application, it is necessary to shut down the service and throw the entire EMA system into disarray? Where is the logic? What a complete waste of time and money. Other than financial gain, what reason did DEMSI provide for wanting a permanent injunction against First Response?

If I am not mistaken DEMSI stirred up this mess to begin with. Let them feel the heat of fallout

for anyone who's had to use Decatur EMS, you'll be glad we have competition. They are a "cheap run operation". they won't stock their ambulances properly and most of them are always broken down or in for maintenance.

.

competition is a good thing for the citizens of Decatur here.

so why did she wait until demsi had an actual running ambulance to do this, why didnt demsi have to immediantly shut down when they didnt comply? is someone from demsi related/or other to paler? demsi just mad because they cant charge you an arm, leg. and first born to carry you a block away. GET OVER YOURSELF DEMSI, nowdays, everything & everyone is and has competition, did you really think you would always and forever be the only ambulance svc in decatur? GREED
