Is Chris Proctor running for Sheriff? If so is this a news article or a CAMPAIGN AD?
Also if the Sheriff wanted to be in the article i think it would be appropriate seeing how this was in Lawrence County and if you read the whole article the Sheriff's Department and the Sheriff's Drug Task Force was involved.
No one has ever worked drugs the way Gene Mitchell has and it is driving the drug dealers and users crazy.

I was told sunday that Chris did not have anything whatsoever with making the arrest or the investigation into that case. The case was made by an ABC agent out of winston county - donnie winters. Check your facts next time before you go praising someone who aint doing anything but taking credit for someone elses work.
Why did an agent out of another county - winston have to come into Chris's county Lawrence and make a case? Why didn't chris make the case if he is so good?
These are the facts.
A man shot a woman in the head a couple weeks ago and his bond was set at the same amount as this guy. Drug charge/ attempted murder charge.......same bond????? Thats what were dealing with here in Lawrence County. All about the money here......they coppers make money off drugs but an attempted murder case is just money spent. Thats how you protect and serve Law. Co.
