If this guy had been a State Senator from Cullman, then this would never have been in the Daily..
wrong, The article about the STATE senator from cullman did appear in the Daily
doesn't anyone notice that they take you to jail for standing up for your constituional rights, namely the fourth amendment. so this means if you have not been drinking and you refuse to take the test, you go to jail anyway. what a country. sheeeshh.
If you had not been drinking you wouldn't refuse the test.
thats the same lame excuse all people of your beliefs use.
thats not the point. the point is that when you try an excercise your constitutional rights, you are penalized. apparantly you have not read the bill of rights or you do not care. (assuming you do know what the bill of rights are) its because of people thinking like you that we are in the grip of 1984. if you aint drinking, you don't need the test. and why would i need a sobriety test if i aint drinking? it still boils down to illegal search and siezure under the contituion.
