wish they would finish phase 2.

So.... The police are now going to be busy giving commuters tickets instead of catching criminals!!! I also have a question: Is a person standing around wearing a vest with his hands in his pockets a worker? If so, how do you define worker? If it's ANYONE standing in the construction zone, how do we know they are actually supposed to be working on the road and not there just to cause double fines? If they are supposed to be working, why are their hands in their pockets? Does this also include the guys sleeping in DOT trucks?

Just slow Down and you wont get a ticket. Why is eveybody always in a hurry?

Phase 2 will be Finish in the spring when it warms up

First. I agreed with you on another post but have to side with Trey this time. People, especially those using the beltline, tend to be wanting to get somewhere in seconds instead of minutes. This includes veering from lane to lane to get around people doing the speed limit oly to be caught up with at the next light be the slower driver. People jumping from the inside lane to make a right hand turn and vice versa. People turning on to the beltline and cutting accross 3 lanes of traffic just to get in the inside lane... People should just slow down. Why risk injury/death or several hundred dollars in fines just to save 30 seconds.

I always take the side streets. There's other ways to get to places besides using the Beltline!!!! I hate it already!

Slow drivers need to drive in the slow lane! Common since? But the Beltline has enough room for drivers to go below the speed limit, drive the limit and if there running late and want to risk a ticket over the limit! So pick your lane and just be safe and Courteous ! For all the people driving 5 miles an hour on the beltline please drive in the slow lane! Or better yet stay home!

And for the love of Pete study the proper usage of the "intersection" at Beltline and Cedar Street. Yes, under most circumstances, all traffic turing from the Beltline onto a side street has the right of way. But, that is not the case at Cedar Street. When several cars are in the lane to turn from the Beltline to Cedar Street, ONLY the first car has the right of way. If you are the second vehicle in that lane and a vehicle is at the stop sign on Cedar waiting to turn left onto the Beltline, THEY GET TO GO BEFORE YOU! Yes, it's weird, but there is a freaking STOP sign (unless they took it down last night) in the middle of the Beltline at that "intersection" - it isn't just decoration.
