Legislators seek to end loopholes for Solutia tax
Morgan delegation wants to retain funds for schools, fire departments
State Sen. Arthur Orr, R-Decatur, said the Morgan County legislative delegation plans to close two loopholes and keep Solutia Inc. from recovering taxes that benefit county schools and volunteer fire departments.
