Some people just don't need to own a gun.....

This whole thing doesn't smell right, Seriously a Cullman County man Kills a man in Limestone county because he thinks the truck is suspicious, "Moyers told deputies he tried to stop the truck and get a tag number before firing the shot." [Sic] Who was this guy to take the law into his own hands at 3 am with a weapon of war. Really how many times do you leave one county go to another and say Gee I might need to carry my AK-47 with me! Is it even hunting season right now I mean a season that requires a high powered rifle.

I think there is probably a pot field near by or a meth lab and this poor fellow happened up on it and was trying to get to safety and to alert the police.

He fires a warning shot as if that relieve's him of being held accountable.

Yeah, I am with Casinokid...something smells about this guy's story.

Wow, this is awful. I hope the shooter gets 20 to life for this. People like him cause so many problems for law abiding gun owners.

Where is the brother

this story makes absolutely no sense whatsoever
