Local man faces several charges after traffic stop
A Decatur man was jailed Wednesday after being arrested and charged with possessing an altered firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and speeding.

A firearm with an altered serial number is enough to be weary of this guy, I doubt he planned on using it for target practice.
Tamm alwyas critices the police I think she hates the police, prorbaly shows that in her mug shot, yes Ronald K-9 sniffed out pills. Pills have a higher opiate level than street drugs.
