Man had bullet for nearly every child

Ten MINUTES??? In a town smaller than Decatur??? Across the STREET from a FIRE STATION??? What the HECK??? When seconds count, the cops are MINUTES away!!! Our police don't protect us and the courts don't either!!! WHO DO WE LOOK TO, the PRESIDENT?? What a sad state of affairs.

Don't worry "First", when they take away the citizens means of protection the police will ramp up their response times!! NO ONE SHOULD DEPEND ON THE GOVERNMENT FOR PERSONAL PROTECTION. Our forefathers had an understanding of my previous sentence and will roll in their graves if the American people freely give up the right to bear arms. If we give up our right to bear arms only the police and criminals will have guns. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.

The last one in the list, the Pearl, MIss shootings, was stopped when the Asst Principal went out to his truck and got his 45 and stopped the shooter.

.

Imagine if they'd had someone armed in Connecticut. This could have prob been stopped also.

Instead of glorifying this horrific act in the news media with every minute detail, and re-hashing all the other deadly shootings and rekindling reminders to those that lost loved ones in these acts..............News Media, get out of Newtown, leave these people in peace to grieve. I for one, would not want my childs funeral plastered all over the news.

US Rep. Louie Gohmert (R – Texas)

“I wish to God (the principal) had had an M4 in her office, locked up, so when she heard gunfire she pulls it out … and takes him out, takes his head off before he can kill those precious kids.”

Yeah, more guns are the answer. I've not done extensive research to know the exact numbers, but I do know many of these mass killers were "responsible gun owners" all their lives-until they went off the deep end.

Negative AngieK. Get your head out of the liberal sand. The common denominator was mental health issues. Most shown severe warning signs before their incident occured. Also mor eoften than not the weapon was obtained illegally. Try again

If you'll look at the mass murderers listed you'll notice they aren't even old enough to be of legal age to own a firearm. Excuse now?

*most listed aren't old enough

LMAO, open mouth INSERT FOOT. (angiek) yeh i dont think teenagers would classify as 'responsible gun owners' all their lives.. THANK YOU JOHN D FOR CLARIFYING THAT FOR HER.lmao
