Mardi Gras 5K begins at 8 a.m. Saturday

The Mardi Gras 5K benefiting the Junior League of Morgan County begins at 8 a.m. Saturday at 123 Church St. N.E.

Registration is $25 today from 4:30-8 p.m. at the Carnegie, at 207 Church St. N.E. On Saturday, runners may register from 6:30-7:45 a.m. for $30. The fee for the one-mile fun run is $5. That race will start after all runners finish in the 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) race.
