Thank God for AEA. Where else can an admitted drug addict put his personal pleasures ahead of the welfare and well being of our children and then be treated as if he was "done wrong". Getting paid $7,500.00/month while waiting for an appeal ain't too shabby! Thank you Paul Hubbert and and the entire union mob.

Tenure only protects teachers from being fired without reason. Tenured teachers and principals can still be fired, there just has to be documented reasons. Most principals don't want to go to the trouble to document the problems. Having said that, I have personally seen hundreds of reasons Guy Bowling should be fired, not just putting pressure on a non-tenured teacher to obtain

controlled substances illegally. He is incompetent, volitile, and emotionally unstable. This person does not need to be in charge of a school full of children. He has won support with the students by letting them do as they please without consequence. He has won support from some in the community by giving out free football and basketball tickets, which is also illegal. I personally have seen him "deliver" such tickets to select members of the community who can further his political career. I know of no other man who is as manipulative as he. Yet he claims, "I am not a smart man." Many have underestimated him because of this, not me. He will be the ruin of PHS if given another chance. Dr. Martine Bates has made wise decisions for the school and is doing a wonderful job. She is a breath of fresh air to all previously under the dictatorship of Guy Bowling. I only hope that the judge will have wisdom enough to let PHS move forward, not backward.
