Why not have the employees pay more for insurancce and retirement like the private sector has to.
Way too much staff to pay. Increase filing fees and many cases are not filed, the claims just go away. You raise beer tax to make people drink less, you raise filing fees and people don't file cases, a lot of high dollar jobs could be lost.
If people would just act right and not break the law, we could go a long way to correcting this shortfall.
tax the sale of guns and ammunition like you do beer and cigarettes
In response to Tom: There are many court state employees that have not had a raise in 7 to 10 years. And yes, each year the medical premiums are raised, as well as required retirement payments. Leaving these employees with less take home pay each and every year. I have a relative in this position.
