Andy and Kim Wnzler of Decatur are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Andrew Wenzler, to Peyton Moose, daughter of Lisa Moose and the late Boyd Moose of Birmingham.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Oscar and Ferne Newton of Birmingham and L.G. and Nell Moose of Concord, N.C.

Peyton is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently a graduate student in the Department of Nutrition and Food Systems at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Miss.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Larry and Gladys Wilhite of Decatur, the late Billy Barnett of Cullman, and Margaret Wenzler and the late Lep Wenzler of Decatur.

Andrew is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. He is currently an intern for Cru at The University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, Miss.

Vows will be exchanged May 11, 2013 at 5:00 in the afternoon at Bluff Park United Methodist Church in Birmingham with Chad Davis, pastor of Venue Church in Hattiesburg, Miss. officiating. A reception will follow at Robert Hill Antiques in Birmingham.
