Yeah like the county got out and had these signs on every closed road... there is a creek beside my house and it flooded... maybe 14" in its deepest point... (OVER the road) but if you was headed west on it you would have NEVER saw it due to the lack of painting on the road... and there was never a sign put up at it... but then again I live in the county, we don't matter apparently... glad no one hydro-locked there car or was injured

If they go around a barrier, they do have to pay a little price; auto insurance companies will not cover vehicles in Alabama that are damaged due to going around barriers.
