He is going to be having hallucinations once he gets to prison. Hallucinations of another man "loving" on him.!!!!

What!? A fall from a tree does not make a person commit murder! Please! And " he does not understand the seriousness" that's what got him where he is!! He took 2 innocent lives!

He was smart enough to find a gun and plan a plot to kill two innocent people. That is enough for me to give him death by hanging him. If everyones actions were excused because you fell out of a tree then the prisons wouldn't be so full. I bet if he did not get caught he would have been smart enough to spend the money. He killed two innocent people who were trying to earn an honest living their families are left with the grief that these thugs caused and they will always mourn their loved ones. The children will always miss their daddies.

Even after getting high and being in an altered state he can plan a robbery/murder. I completely agree with you . . HANG HIM, but in public.

While I agree that he's fully capable of standing trial and should surely get punished to the fullest extent of the law- I think the calls for a public hanging are a little disgusting. If we as a society condoned actions such as public executions, then we are no better than him.

Hang him and the other two from the Krystal sign on 6th. Ave. let the crooks know this is what happens when you kill innocent people and rob them. I'd rather have tax payers pay for rope than a million dollars to feed, clothe, and get free health care the rest of their miserable lives. Save prison over crowding.

It's bad when we have to build bigger and better prisons than we do schools. Keeping people on death row for years and years itsn't necessary. Get rid of them after the appeals are done and do't let the appeals drag on and on and on.
