I am not complaining but why is a plan about Muscle Shoals being presented in Decatur and why at Turner-Surles CC?
Gotta get support from somewhere, I guess. On area of 150,000 can't alone achieve something like this. Plus, Muscle Shoals have been geographically, economically, and strategically linked for decades. For years, you couldn't navigate the Tennessee between Decatur and The Shoals.
