My kids didn't go to Headstart and they did great in school.Almost half a million dollars to create 12 jobs.Give me a break!

There is a lot more expected for Kindergarteners today. Headstart and Pre-k allows children to get the appropriate learning before entering Kiindergarten. For some, it is something that their parents would not help them with at home. It is for the children!!!
