If Decatur anticipates only a loss of only $185,000 in alcohol revenue where is the additions $385,000 that Hartselle projecting coming from?

How is it that people can get their picture in the paper holding a vote no and they don't even live in the city limits...so they are not able to vote on the matter.....Hartselle needs the revenue to help with the new school and other things that hartselle is in need of....how else are they going to come with the money....they need new business to make new money....if the set rules, they will not have a problem with the alcohol. If we don't get this what are they going to come up with for the needed money?
