-Good evaluation, but the Board did not and has not " sacked that pig". In essence, the County Commission has said, "No" we won't do the due diligence, you, the Board must do it. The project came from the Commission to the Board, all the Board had done was to respond that it would buy it (it's the county's money in essence) but you evaluate it and run it. Politics changed and it's now back on the Board to see if it's feasible. The process may be tedious, but no one is ahead of good business practice.
